How can we live better in less space? That's the fundamental question this project strives to answer. With populations rising and resources declining, city life is becoming less and less attainable. This barrier to entry is forcing many young people, such as recent grads or young entrepreneurs, to pack up and take their economy-driving innovations elsewhere. In this project we look for solutions. Proposed units bring the cost of living down by being more efficient with space, built around thoughtful innovations and attractive amenities. The result is a personal space that despite it's smaller size, doesn't feel like a compromise. Instead it feels like an opportunity. An opportunity to live amongst the energy of the urban center and participate in all the city has to offer. An opportunity to live batter by living smarter.
